What we collect

Your name, email, and country at account creation; payment metadata from Razorpay (we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details directly); and the written responses you submit during the assessment.

How your responses are used

Your responses are processed — by an automated analysis pipeline, by our AI model provider under a standard processing agreement, and by a human reviewer on our clinical team before your final report is released — solely to generate and verify your purpose profile, report, and recommendations. They are not used to train third-party models, sold, or shared with advertisers.

Human review of your report

Before your 50-page report is released, a member of our clinical review team (licensed psychologists, licensed therapists, counselors, and behavioral researchers) reviews it for accuracy, calibrated language, and appropriateness. This reviewer sees the AI-generated report and, where needed to evaluate it properly, the underlying responses it was built from. This is different from support access below — it's a routine, expected part of producing your report, not an exception.

Who else can see your responses

Outside of the report reviewer above, nobody on our team reads your raw responses by default. If you contact support with an issue that requires it, a support-role team member may access what's strictly necessary to resolve it, and that access is logged.

Storage and security

Responses are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over encrypted connections. Reports and certificates are stored in access-controlled object storage with time-limited signed links.

Your rights

You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated responses, analysis, report, and certificate at any time from Settings. Deletion is irreversible.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store the transaction status, amount, and Razorpay's order/payment identifiers for receipts and support — never your full card or bank details.

Not a medical service

This is a self-reflection and pattern-analysis tool. Human review means a qualified reviewer checked your report before release — it does not mean you received medical, psychological, or clinical diagnosis, advice, or treatment, and your responses are not treated as protected health information.
