Terms of Service
The product
WhatMyPurpose sells one product: a single assessment attempt for $100 (charged in INR). It includes the adaptive assessment, an instant AI-generated purpose profile and results dashboard, a 50-page written report reviewed by our clinical team and delivered within 4-5 business days, and a certificate of completion. Access to your completed results is granted for the lifetime of your account.
Human review timeline
Your full written report is reviewed by a member of our clinical team (licensed psychologists, licensed therapists, counselors, or behavioral researchers) before release. We target 4-5 business days from assessment completion; this is a target, not a guaranteed delivery time — occasional delays can happen, and we'll let you know if yours is taking longer than expected.
Not professional advice
The assessment, report, and any recommendations are a self-reflection tool based on an automated interpretation of your own responses, checked by a human reviewer before release. Human review means a qualified person confirmed the report is accurate and appropriately calibrated — it does not mean you received medical, psychological, clinical, legal, financial, or career-counseling advice, and the product should not be relied on as a substitute for professional guidance.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not claim the assessment can identify a single, objectively correct “true purpose.” The report presents evidence-grounded patterns and calibrated interpretations — including multiple possible directions where the evidence doesn't converge on one.
The certificate
The certificate issued on completion certifies only that you completed the assessment. It is not a professional, academic, medical, or government-recognized credential of any kind.
Payment and refunds
Payment is processed by Razorpay and is due before the assessment begins. If you complete the assessment, receive your full report, and aren't satisfied with it, contact support within 14 days of your report being released and we'll refund your purchase. We can't meaningfully evaluate a refund request made before the assessment is completed, since the product hasn't had a chance to do its job yet.
Retakes
Each purchase covers one assessment attempt. A retake requires a new purchase; your original report and certificate remain accessible regardless.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
